    Response and Coordination is a topic taught a form four in the Kenya syllabus. In animals response and coordination is study of  sense organs, nervous system and chemical messengers called hormones and how they are coordinated to assist organisms respond to their environment.  Plants also react to specific environmental conditions but have no nervous system and their responses are in the form of slow modified growth or movements and nastic movements.
